Common Pricing Questions
What counts as a "listing"?
A listing is a published provider profile in any of your directories. One provider with one practice = one listing. If a provider has multiple locations, each location creates a separate listing. Draft and hidden listings do not count toward your limit.
Are directories limited per plan?
No. Every plan supports unlimited directories. The listing limit is shared across all directories. For example, a Starter plan with 3 directories and 333 listings each = 999 total listings, under the 1,000 limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you downgrade below your current listing count, you'll need to unpublish listings to get under the new limit.
